  • Have at least six (6) months of commercial over the road driving experience within the last 36 months
  • Have a valid class-A CDL
  • Has not received a DUI in the last four (4) years
  • No more than 2 preventable DOT reportable accidents in the last 12 months and no more than 4 preventable DOT reportable accidents in the last 3 years.
  • No more than 3 moving violations whitn the last 3 years on MVR.
